It's really free? What's the catch?
No catch. UK employers pay £99 per cohort or £249/month retainer. They get better-prepared candidates because YOU got the same engine they use. The economics work: a candidate who matches the role at 78% saves the employer the cost of a tribunal claim or a 6-month bad hire. We charge them, not you.
What happens to my CV?
Stored encrypted on UK servers. Used to compute your fit score and generate suggestions. Never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising. Auto-deleted on request. Read the candidate privacy notice.
Which sectors does this work for?
UK regulated sectors strongest: care (CQC), finance (FCA), legal (SRA), education (KCSIE), healthcare (NMC/HCPC/GMC), construction (CSCS), security (SIA), HR (CIPD). Generic professional sectors also covered. The taxonomy is updated weekly.
I'm not in the UK — can I use it?
The engine works on any English-language CV but the right-to-work, sector compliance packs, and 95% of the live job listings are UK-specific. International candidates can use the CV scoring + interview prep but the alerts/RTW won't add much value.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
LLMs hallucinate. They'll happily invent CV experience or salary data. Our scoring is deterministic (same input = same output, every time) and grounded in real UK job-ad data + the actual UK regulator handbooks. No invented qualifications, no fabricated achievements. Read the methodology.
Will my employer see I'm using this?
Only if you apply to a role they posted. Even then, they see your score breakdown, not "Anna used the CV writer". The platform is your private workspace until you click Apply.
